Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports do not contain information that discloses an individual patient’s identity other than to the reporter.
ADR reports may be passed to partner companies who maintain the statutory pharmacovigilance databases but we agree with those partner companies that they will keep your information secure and not use it for other purposes.
We share ADR reports with regulatory bodies in countries with pharmacovigilence systems in place and such countries may be outside the European Union.

Please note that We do not control the activities of such third parties, nor the data they collect and use and advise you to check the privacy policies of any such third parties.
We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):
